Housman Learning offers courses and in-classroom tools focused on building emotional intelligence for teachers, parents, and children's emotional and social wellbeing, with a strong focus on accessible design practices. For the past five years, I have worked with Housman Learning to develop visual communications, educational materials, and marketing assets across their multiple product lines: begin to ECSEL®, ECSELent Adventures™, and ECSEL Curriculum Library. Working closely with curriculum developers, educators, and leadership teams, I helped establish and expand the visual identity of these programs, creating design systems and aesthetics that have been applied and adapted across print, digital, video, and web platforms.
The projects I worked on included curriculum materials, educator guides, infographics, workbooks, training modules, marketing collateral, presentation templates, and web-based learning courses. I also contributed to video and audio editing, motion graphics, and animated content supporting product launches and educator training.
When I joined Housman Learning in the early years of their company, they were looking for a designer with a broad design skillset (collateral, layout, publication, illustration, motion graphics) and capable of building products across a myriad of forms, as they looked to expand their product lines. Through this work, I helped shape a cohesive visual language that continues to support Housman Learning's educational products and public-facing communications.

Asian American Ballet Project is the first all Asian American ballet company, dedicated to presenting work performed and made by entire creative teams, choreographers, and administrators who are Asian American. The company presents an annual summer performance that aims to transform how audiences see Asian Americans in performance, along with community engagement performances held throughout the year.
As the sole designer for the Asian American Ballet Project, I collaborate directly with Artistic Director Elizabeth Mochizuki to develop each season's visual identity. Beginning with the artistic theme of the performance, I create original illustrations and design motifs that are translated into a comprehensive suite of promotional and audience-facing materials. Across four seasons, I have established a recognizable visual framework that allows each year's campaign to feel distinct while remaining connected to the organization's evolving brand identity. Deliverables include posters of various sizes, programs, postcards, bookmarks, digital banners, social media graphics, and venue display materials.

Marketing Collateral • Display Design • Event Communications
VLA Dance is a contemporary dance performance company. I developed a suite of visual materials supporting For Nina, a VLA Dance performance project that combined promotional communications and printed, interactive performance displays to enrich audience engagement and interpretation.
The project extended beyond traditional marketing collateral to include environmental graphics designed to contextualize the work and the company and to invite audience participation. Deliverables included performance posters; postcards; welcome signage; lobby displays introducing the company and historical background on the project; and an audience reflection station that invited visitors to contribute their own responses to the performance.
Through these materials, I helped create a cohesive visual experience that connected promotional outreach, audience education, and on-site engagement. As a dancer with the company at the time, it was a nice, new way to engage with the company and let my experiences within VLA inform the design work.

During Character Media's expansion into original video content, I collaborated with Creative Director Audrey Ryu on the development of visual identities and promotional campaigns for multiple new digital series. My work included logo design, motion design, title sequence graphics, and marketing materials supporting both online audiences and in-person promotional initiatives for the Character Concerts, Heirloom, and Character Conversations video series.
For Character Concerts, I designed and animated branding elements used across title sequences, key art, and supporting graphics. I also developed digital and print marketing materials used in partnership promotions and retail activations in over 15 AT&T stores across Southern California.

As part of the Integrated Marketing Communications team at Elizabeth Arden, I supported brand storytelling and product launch initiatives through the design and production of marketing materials for media, influencers, and retail partners.
Projects included a comprehensive brand heritage booklet developed in collaboration with senior marketing leadership, press materials, launch fact sheets, social media assets, and influencer campaign collateral. I also coordinated and executed influencer mailings supporting product launches and assisted in the development of communications materials distributed to industry partners.
